I was just at Walmart and they have already marked down their Halloween merchandise to 50% off. This includes candy, costumes, merchandise, paper plates, cups, etc... I was able to get some good deals on candy, which I will use in baking this week. Hershey's Kisses were marked down to $1.25 and will make some very yummy Peanut Blossoms.
I'm hoping to make it to Target in the next few days to check out their deals too. If you find anything good let me know!
