I'm a big fan of rebates where I get all my money back... I call them freebates. Staples is offering full rebates in the form of Staples Rewards when you buy a 20 pack of Duracell batteries. You are allowed to buy 2 packs each week until 12/26/09. So you could potentially get 8 packs of batteries for free.

Staples Rewards is a free program where you buy a certain products they are running promotions on and then they send you a check to spend at Staples. I did this over the summer and got a Swiss Army backpack for free!

I was in Rite Aid yesterday and there was tons of make up priced at 75% off. The brands included Revlon, Loreal, Cover Girl, and Physician's Formula. This sale included lip stick, blush, cover up, beauty tools, etc... and when I saw tons I mean it. There were probably over 50 items marked to 75% off.

I found a few coupons to make these even better deals. Plus I will put a deal scenario together to get the best bang for your buck. I am simply putting items together that I know there are coupons or rebates for... so the deal scenarios are kind of random.

Deal Scenario 1: Spend $25 total- Use $5 off $25 purchase coupon here (hand this to your cashier first)

Buy Renpure Organics Shampoo- $6.99

-submit for MIR (form on bottle)

- Free after MIR

Buy Benevia- $7.99

-Use $5/1 coupon here

This is definitely a coupon to print twice! Coupons.com just released a $.50/1 coupon off Dole canned fruit. If your grocery store doubles coupons you should be able to get it free. Even if your store doesn't double coupons this will make for some very inexpensive canned fruit.

I found a few good deals at Walmart tonight and wanted to share them. Rotel is on rollback to $.88 a can. Use the $.50/1 coupon here and pay only $.38 a can. I love mixing this with cheese to make a yummy queso dip. Put it in a little crock pot and you are good to go.

Don't be Afraid to Ask

Lately I have been taking full advantage of the resources around me and the results have been great! Earlier this week I posted on the local free classifieds site that I was looking for paper to recycle, it needed to have at least one blank side and had to be 8.5 x 11. I reuse paper all the time for printing coupons and hate using new paper. Anything I get or can use with a blank side goes in a pile next to my printer. Well after only a few days I had a reply and someone is looking to get rid of an entire case of the old traction feed printer paper. Even though I am going to have to tear each piece apart I can do that while I watch some late night tv... not a bad deal at all! Plus it saves me around $30.
